CAN I VISIT YOU GUYS OR MEET YOUR Kittens?

Since Mainecoon cats are a smart, people‑oriented breed, we do our best to ensure that all our cats receive excellent care! To protect our cattery, we limit outside traffic as much as possible to minimize the risk of anyone unintentionally tracking in illnesses (such as parvo, giardia, etc.).

Can you visit? Generally, yes—however, many families discover that the right kitten chooses them. Countless times, someone arrives with one kitten in mind, and another climbs straight into their lap… and that’s the one!

We completely understand how important it is to meet the kittens. To schedule a selection visit, a deposit is required in advance. This deposit is non‑refundable but 100% transferable to any available kitten.

DO YOU SHIP YOUR kittens?

Yes , We ship our puppies safely through out the USA, and Sometimes to Canada. We partner with professional Animal Freight specialised Companies. Sometimes people don’t feel conformable having their puppies shipped but the delivery agents always ensure their safety and sometimes they even offer options to travel with your pet if it is needed. WHAT DOES MY kitten COME WITH?

Here’s a kitten-ready version with clear wording and corrected terms:

  • They come with all necessary documents.

  • 1‑year genetic health guarantee.

  • Rabies waiver (where applicable) or proof of rabies vaccination per local regulations.

  • Complete veterinary records, including shots and vaccination history.

  • A bill of sale and adoption contract.

All our kittens have a 1 year Guarantee against any health defects

We will provide a money‑back guarantee within 72 hours of possession. If you are not satisfied with your kitten, you may return him/her to our home at the buyer’s expense for a refund of the purchase price.

We make every effort to ensure you adopt a healthy kitten. If your kitten is diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian with a major genetic health issue within one (1) year of purchase, we will exchange your kitten for one of equal value when available.

There are no guarantees against common illnesses, stress‑related upsets, or accidents that may occur after pickup.

We encourage prompt veterinary care; however, any and all veterinary costs incurred after adoption are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

If something happens to the kitten you reserved after you’ve placed a deposit, you may choose another available kitten or apply your deposit to reserve a kitten from an upcoming litter. If no suitable option is available, your deposit will be refunded.

If you cancel or fail to complete pickup, the deposit will be used toward the costs of re‑homing the kitten. Before reaching that point, multiple attempts will be made to contact you, including a two‑week grace period without response. If there is no reply within two weeks, the kitten will be made available again for reservation.

Every effort is made to be fair, and reasonable exceptions or refunds may be offered in circumstances beyond your control.
